Air-HyThrust / conventional air-knife vs new ILN concept air knife

Air-HyThrust has developed the ILN air knife nozzle concept designed to increase the mass-flow performance of a conventional air knife.  The conventional air knife and the new ILN design were tested on the same Frame 75 turbo-blower at Phelps Fan, Little Rock AR in December 2016. 

There is a 7% increase in mass flow performance and a 15% increase in thrust performance for the ILN air knife nozzle at a constant blower amp level.
